TampaBay Afrofit Inc. Vendor Agreement

We provide: Space to display a standing banner or wall banner (no larger than 2ft x 5ft). Advertisement of company on TampaBay Afrofit’s website and social media outlet (logo and/or company slogan to be provided). Company will be featured in event promotional videos and recordings. There will be 1 display table (90”x44”) with a minimum available space of 22”x24” per vendor, to display their goods and services on Saturday. Vendors are responsible for their display area on Sunday. Sales of merchandise or services at the event is the responsibility of the vendor.
The event is being held on Saturday May 6th 2017 from 2:00PM to 6PM (27027 Sea Breeze way, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544) and on Sunday May 7th 2017 from 11:00AM to 2:00PM (Coquina Beach, 2650 Gulf Drive, Bradenton Beach, FL 34217)
Vendor setup begins 1 hour prior to starting time (1:00PM on Saturday and 10:00AM on Sunday)
